Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
