History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Masseuse, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
