He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a detective again

Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kyle embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kyle's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A middle-aged man, he usually wears his white robe and has his dagger always slung over his shoulder, and is pretty ugly. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Don isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
