Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tattered old clothes. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Bertram was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bertram's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He likes to wear pastel tank tops with black pants. His white hair is lengthy. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Kody managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a bastard sword, but if one is not available he will default to his monstrous two handed axe. He has a very tight haircut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Hunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Hunter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hunter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Henry was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Jeweler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
