Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Charles was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
