History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aldous grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is an amazing painter.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is greedy; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
