Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Bertram was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
