History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and revenge

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
