Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his mother's many stories.
