Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Norman never married again.
