Description: He wears a pastel tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is singed and shortened. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ernest abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears black trousers with green and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kyle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
