Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: Rolf hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
