Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed club, just in case. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety
