He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is thinning but still full. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His golden hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Justin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: A 5'3" western man, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
