History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tim embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Tim was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his daughter
