He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Everard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sellsword business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Everard was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sellsword. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
