Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He now owns his own business.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

History: Hubert was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
