History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Solomon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
