Description: This younger middle-aged man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Locksmith. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Locksmith business.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front.
