Outside of the suit he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Justin will drive conversation. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees.
