Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
