Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of quarterstaffs, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: William was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He tends to wear a large yellow jacket. He carries with him a set of scimitars on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears dull black sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed axe, just in case. His brown hair is cut short. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Wymar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This eastern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull violet iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Everard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and retire the richest man in the east
