His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: An older man who wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff, he is not a threatening figure. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a white shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and pastel pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker white hat.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Arnold liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He wears dull blue sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.
