History: He was born in the west. Theobald was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
