History: Godfrey hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
