History: Gomory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Robert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Robert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
