History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Patrick was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miller. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Born to a Jeweler, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
