History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Barkeep like his mother before him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and sabotage a competitor

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and an old rival family wants him found
