Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Theobald was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
