Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. After coming to the age of reason, William took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against gnolls
