History: Norman was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Norman abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A middle-aged man, he very much looks the part of a Armorer, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is still thick. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Gilbert was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Laborer. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a rapier, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He got into the Body Guard business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
