History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Chad was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Seamstress. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Hubert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Hubert was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Godfrey hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Godfrey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Godfrey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
