Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Richard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Richard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A 5'2" northern man, he likes to wear grey tank tops with violet pants. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished rapier as well. He has shaved his head bald. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This tall, slender man wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is silver and curly. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears professional attire. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are violet.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
