History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
