History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has worked as a Actor like his father before him.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win.
