Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Geoffrey was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cook. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and money/treasure

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Trey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
