Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He worked as a nervous Banker and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business
