When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Spy soon after.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
