History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Percival has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Soapmaker soon after.
