History: Born to a Body Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.
