Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. William was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. William decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Baker. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
