Description: He stands about 5'1" and wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Roland decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and green handkerchief worn on his left side. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has worked as a Sellsword like his mother before him.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a pastel vest and prefers violet and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A 5'4" western man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a tan coat. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
