Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.
