History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by giants. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Gifted from a young age, Roland studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
