History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Chad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has achieved small success as a Masseuse.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
