History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Beggar, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
