Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up work as a Bellfounder and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
