History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Performer business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
