Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This exceptionally lanky man has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Roland began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and retire the richest man in the north
