History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Reynard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Reynard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a brown tunic with yellow highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This younger middle-aged man dresses like a well dressed Tailor does, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His tied-back hair is golden. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Assassin, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
